One thing about Latto: she knows how to make a splash during fashion week.
This time, the “Big Energy” rapper attended Milan Fashion Week to display her penchant for bold sartorial moments. In today’s post, Latto channeled Barbie energy in a big way while sitting in the front row of the Blumarine Spring-Summer 24 runway show.
The “It’s Givin” rapper donned a pink ruffle-striped floor-length dress by Blumarine featuring a sleek halter design for extra edginess. The number also had a low-scoop neckline for a plunging effect and aligned with Latto’s typical aesthetic.
Perhaps a standout aspect of Latto’s attire was her tresses, which were raised in a curly bun, accompanied by thick double tendrils for voluminous ‘do.
But can we talk about the jewelry for a second? Adhering to the flowery brand codes of Blumarine, Latto wore two pink flowers in her updo and a matching necklace and belt made of gilded flowers that set this dress off in the best way.
Although Latto’s floor-sweeping hemline covered up her shoes, in some still shots, it’s clear to see that the songstress went with a pair of brown pointed-toe pumps accented by a ruching effect over the toes and a v-shaped top upper, which elevated the look a little more. The shoes have a heel height of approximately three inches and rounded out the ensemble effortlessly.
The Atlanta native has become one of fashion’s new “it” girls lately. So far, for Milan Fashion Week, she has rubbed elbows with brands like Etro, Roberto Cavalli and Diesel. But when she’s not turning heads during peak fashion seasons, Latto fills her Instagram feed with photos of her wearing plaid pleated miniskirts, intricate denim sets, delicate lace pieces and festive knitwear. As we all know, everything with Latto is big, and her handbag collection doesn’t stray from that reputation. Some of her favorite brands to rock include Chanel, Louis Vuitton and Hermès.
Latto has also strived to make a name for herself within the fashion industry. She recently starred in a campaign for Savage x Fenty, and she appeared alongside Chloe Cherry in a campaign for Steve Madden.
