JT is becoming a fashion “it” girl to watch, and her latest post proves why.
The “Act Up” rapper shared a series of photos on Instagram yesterday that showed her clubbing with her bestie and rap group mate Yung Miami. The theme of the night was “color extravaganza,” and JT delivered while wearing Emilio Pucci.
She donned a matching two-piece set consisting of a bralette with a cute knot-tied front, teamed with stretchy pants that all featured a vibrant, multicolored print throughout, which fits within the brand’s signature motifs.
Accessories-wise, the Miami native opted for a matching visor. She also popped on a couple of iced-out Cuban link chains and a watch. Although JT decided not to carry a bag, we would like to assume that she would wear a popular style from Chanel or Bottega with this daring ensemble.
JT’s photo didn’t provide a snapshot of the shoes for the evening, but it’s safe to say that she threw on a pair of pumps or sandals that meshed well with her luxurious outfit.
When it comes to JT’s sartorial style, she tends to gravitate towards modern and edgy silhouettes. Often springing for bodycon pieces, and cutout-filled separates, she also knows how to serve up an avant-garde moment. For example, for her birthday last year, she did a photoshoot showcasing her as an alien goddess with no eyebrows. And in a more recent photoset, she wore another matching printed Emilio Pucci set, this time in a pink, black, green, and white color scheme. She paired it with bright pink Rick Owens sneakers for a unifying pop.
JT is one half of the City Girls duo, and she has strived to make a name for herself within the fashion industry. She and Yung Miami had their own collaborative line with BooHoo that consisted of affordable swimwear and other summer pieces, and they also starred in campaigns for the line.
