Mariah Carey knows how to be festive and stylish in frigid conditions, and her latest cozy ensemble proves it.
The “All I Want For Christmas” singer shared a video displaying her post-show shenanigans after the filming of her new CBS special, “Merry Christmas To All!” in New York City. In the video, Carey chronologizes three looks, from her stage costume first to her pajamas last; the outfit of discussion makes an appearance.
First, Carey threw on a fluffy white coat featuring a billowing hood that also doubled as the lapel for the piece. It’s the perfect item for the harsh winter weather sweeping across the big apple before Christmas day. Underneath the coat, Carey went with a monochromatic black getup consisting of a slouchy buttoned top and faux-leather leggings, adding a nice contrast to her white outerwear.
Although her voluminous coat covered her garments underneath in most photos, another aspect that stood out unquestionably was her gold mules. The heels had a height of approximately three inches.
To finish it off, the Long Island native popped on a pair of shades that added a bit of je ne sais quoi that only Carey can bring. Her blonde tresses were also fully on display for a very Carey touch.
The “Honey” singer has a sophisticated and grand fashion sense that has become a signature flair for the record-breaking music artist. She wears beautiful mini dresses and floor-length gowns, and sky-high stilettos. These items have become staples in her repertoire.
